由青鸟文库出版的小说《超能力少女 兰》将被NHK电视台动画化决定。小说作者是浅野敦子，代表作是风靡日本的《野球少年》。小说的故事讲述了居於茑野市的普通中学生矶崎兰。上学途中,眼前突然出现一位神秘的美少女阿翠。透过与她以精神感应对话一事,阿兰初次察觉到自己原来拥有超能力。戴面具的神秘人物开始莫名其妙侵袭阿兰和她男友等人。市内发生各式各样的奇怪事件，阿兰由此卷入了一系列事件当中。《超能力少女 兰》的漫画版已经在讲谈社的《少年sirius》上连载至第4卷，作画的是漫画版《狼雨》的作者饭田俊嗣。小说作者简介：浅野敦子（あさのあつこ）一九五四年出生于冈山县。青山学院大学文学部毕业。现为日本儿童文学者协会会员的她，现居冈山县，育有三子。其代表作《野球少年》得到野间儿童文艺赏、《野球少年Ⅱ》则得到日本儿童文学者协会赏，并号称感动日本170万人、跨越儿童文学领域、让大人与小孩同时着迷之令人心头泛起阵阵涟漪的棒球物语《野球少年》，是被誉为日本最棒的儿童文学作家。主要作品有《野球少年系列》、《ほたる馆物语》《No.6》、《ガールズ．ブルー》。动画版将在明年春天开始在NHK电视台播放，预定制作26化。动画版STAFF和CAST已公布相比起配置一般的制作，声优阵容则强大得多，主役是《幸运星》中“柊镜”的饰演者加藤英美里，而一月口碑新番《死后文》的主角“文歌”的饰演者植田佳奈将出演另一女主角名波翠。而“永远少年声”的小关也将在fans的热烈欢呼中登场。总之，在百合的疑团中，在复古的表象下，一起期待吧……

本片是《咕噜咕噜魔法阵》系列的第2部，风格更为贴近治愈系，剧情是对前作的后半部（24-45集）进行重新演绎，不过也继承了前作1-23集的所有设定。
